Eliana leveraged her background in Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, Behavioural Sciences and Design to drive impact by informing product (and their ecosystems), business, marketing and brand strategies.

She defined frameworks to design, develop and deliver new and existing product and services, and for adoption / market uptake, policy, user/customer engagement strategies.

She spearheaded strategic initiatives and operated as Head of Centre of Excellence / Programme Director to foster, roll out and implement organisational changes and new ways of working.

She introduced, grown, scaled and/or transferred UX/User Research capabilities in B2B, B2B2C, B2C ecosystems in smaller and larger organisations, across sectors, through remits with international scope.
